If you are referring to PASS - it too is non toxic, unless of course its exposed to air & then its called ASS, but the whole point of NAGs proposal is to immerse it in water is to maintain it as PASS - non toxic. You must have overlooked that pertinent point.

I doubt the Residence of Nagambie will be concerned at all, as I think they are much more likely to make informed decisions. The PASS, immersed in pits of water, would actually rehabilitate the site & environment & remain non toxic - positive outcome. So what exactly do you think the residents should be concerned about? Maybe it is people who don't check their facts & shoot off their mouth about issues around their town. You may be able to help them in getting rid of that problem.
