Thames and Amazon were not included in the GGP deal that nearly went ahead in May, so PASS must have been negotiating with QPN for quiet some time. What is obvious is that they have been looking at liquidating all of their assets since April this year. I don't beleive they are doing this to dump their shares for cash - there has been no change in their holding of QPN so far.
I also note that the Amazon prospect potential has been upgraded by 50-100 billion cubic feet of gas - i wonder if Pass new of this before doing the deal with QPN and what do they know about FP that we don't?
