    Just to clarify. 1.8% of the total value of FP. WHich is about 6.7% of their stake (0.35*72 = 25.2, (27-25.2)/27 = 6.7% reduction in FP for Pass). Of course this means 0.65*72 = 46.8% to VIL or an increase of 4% in FP.
