Amyloid plaques? I thought they were only fundamentally related to Alzheimer's, I wasn't fully aware of how Parkinson's made amyloid plaques. Though dementia might be a byproduct with its own amyloid treatments surely it can be considered a seperate entity when the treatment specifically for PD is conducted? That said the NTcell tech would likely be a valid treatment for Alzheimer's too looking long term.
It's been a while since I looked over my notes on the research for LCT so I won't comment further till I look over it once again. I don't wish to be spoon fed and I'll just search it when I get home but can someone link me to the animal models conducted? I've read the summaries but not the actual articles and would be interested in the dopaminergic recovery rates in the monkeys.
Has anyone been following NSgene's progress here too?
Worst thing that could happen imo is that the sham placebo surgeries do well also I guess.
