That would be my estimate, 2.5 years would be 2020, and the 100 fee paying customers would form the basis for the FDA submission which I would estimate would take 6 months for consideration and approval at least.

I also would expect them to consult the FDA prior to embarking on the commercial implants to make sure they have the correct pre-agreed protocols for the submission. They have experience of this already with Diabecell, but they wouldn't want to complete the implants and find a deficiency.
