I can't help but think that all the signs were there.

Young, family early, 60 hour week, not living the passion, secondary education...

    1. Cut the number of hours or change profession
    2. Plan simple low cost camping trips away
    3. Time out with mates
    4. Look for a secondary education course > may be entertainment related (music, golf, carsdiving, libary sport in general @ TAFE/Uni)
    5. Time to read alone
    6. Find what (outsde of family) drives your passion

I think this is a short term 'routine rutt', but it can effect everything around you. Your ongoing hours are long and you are young enough to commit to a part-time further education to do what you really want to do. Time out is important and this is both related to the home and work. You need some fun, this may be entertainment or education.

Try something different this week and break the routine, see if it helps and if it does, each day, change the routine slighty.
