I do know something of NMG's staffing situation, and my comment is that Passmore, who has raised plenty of money, isn't spending enough on staff for what he's doing. I think he's undercooking it, and lack of experienced staff is missing a lot of data, but that's just my opinion. If Alex is in the field too much, or too busy, he's missing a good chunk of an MD's or CEO's job - which is not to do everything himself, but to staff and resource the company properly while he does the big picture, far horizon stuff.
Like, mate, just finish the pit, stop drilling down plunge, wait till you've made the money from the OP before faffing about with the underground.
There, I said it. That's my criticism and my appreciation of the company's execution of this mine.
