passwords store

Have been using "Keepass"for several months now and found it to be a stress reliever as I access  most passwords by simply using keys control/x to load the password for the site I'm on .
Doesn't do passwords such as Boardroom as they are in their separate window (some body might explain ) but most others like Comsec,banks etc are handled well.
Made for Windows but also covers Linux and Mac
Anyone know of downside to using this
