The current management of CHM have and continue to put the runs on the board.
Won Cadetta Plaints Won against Hartnells and awarded costs MMX settle the small claim CHM (Evans and Koh)had against them for upwards of $7m just before the case was to start. MMX have continually said there was nothing to these claims.
Expect some big numbers for the case in late September, which was again tried to be delayed by Grimaldi and others, but this failed.
The Jack Hills etc assets are valued well in excess of $1b. A $50 to $100m payout wouldn't kill MMX and they will live through it, while still blaming the old management, but these numbers to CHM will give a multiplier return for its shareholders.

Why did MMX settle?? What is it that MMX current management are not telling their shareholders.
