ASX announcement 1 April 2005 Resignation of director Nikolaenko and final directors notice of less than 8 million shares of the order of 1% to 2% of shares on issue. Remember he sold for a profit a bit over 3 million share not long before that. He would have had to put in a major shareholder statement if he had rebought though a controlled entity.

So it would seem all the old guard have been removed and none of them have a significant holding in RTM
