He doesn't need much to control. Only 71m shares were voted out of 360 m issued at recent AGM. So if only 20% of shareholders vote then quite easy to control. I know that Brad Moore(Nikolaenko's son-in-law) was voted off by Nikolaenko following a family dispute, so that is 36m votes he controls.
