    If you read page 38 of the RTM annual report you will find that RTM is terminating the services of Niko's Corporate Admin services company.

    Doesn't sound like he is in control there!! Perhaps that is the reason for the issue of 20 million options, ie to pay out the termination of services contract fee of $740,000.
