    The top 20 share holders are after all shareholders like us. Thererfore their interests are the same as for us. So why would they behave contrary to shareholder interests. Also the Black and Scholes valuation of options in the Annual report would suggest the value of 20 million options to be about $350,000. So perhaps this is a means of paying out what is owed to Niko.
