re: past history djwillis DMA as you would have noticed, in most AGMs, only about 30-40% of the total # of shares are used by shareholders to vote. In RTM,s case Nikoalenko and his acolytes control more than 30% of RTM, so it would not really be that hard to pass any resolution they liked...So, if Niko, wanted Bradley out (as it seems his volition was) it would have been easily to thus do.....And that he did.....
