I have yet to see your evidence that Nicolaenco has the necessary vots to control RTM any more. He only does so with the good will of shareholders if he does at all. Share holders act in their own interest. Know I do not think that options entail voting rights. And he had no significant options at the AGM.

I have owned RTM on and off since 1999 so have some idea of what they have been up too. I'm no great fan of Niko but I have yet to see anyone come up with the evidence that he has indirect control let alone direct control.

You say he voted out Brad from RTM, then why did Niko try to vote in Brad onto Rusina board. Both these actions occured within a month or two of each other.

All I would like to see is some actual facts that back up what you say and you have not provided any yet.
