Past MCO shareholders-any finalisation?

Hi all,
I held MCO shares when it went into admin a few years back and were bought out by AUL (then Mantle Mining). My holding would be effectively worthless, but I have not been able to claim a tax loss to date because there has not been any finalisation of the situation that I am aware of. Info from the delisted website is linked here, but it does not indicate any resolution. I plan to approach the company, but to minimise disruption for them, I thought I'd ask here first to see if anyone else has already done that. Any info provided would be appreciated. Thanks.
