1.25 kg rump or pork.
1 diced onion.
1 cup diced carrots.
1 cup diced celery.
When half cooked add the following:
800 gm crushed canned tomatoes.
2 cups water.
2 piece of orange peel.
4 tablespoons worcester.
4 tablepoons soy.
1 dozen anchovies.
3 tablespoons tomato paste.
¾ teaspoon dried thyme or 3 sprigs fresh thyme.
3 dried bay leaves.
3 cloves garlic.
Barbecue in the charcoal webber with the lid on.
Scred beef.
