The UK has a new subscription model in place.
It selected the first two candidates in December 2020 and expects to finalise contracts at the end of the year with products available to patients from the beginning of 2022.
If the US passes the PASTEUR act, that would be two huge markets willing to commit to subscription contracts for novel antibiotics. I wouldn't be surprised to se the EU and Japan follow suit.
This could be great for Recce. While we may not want our IV market limited by a contract, winning a contract for the topical product could provide some significant cash during a critical growth period.
