Hi Reon
Yes, we discussed this briefly some time back. Here are my thoughts on the US offer of say $3 billion over 10 years.
US POPULATION 350 000 000 +-
$3 BILLION divided by 10 years = $$300 000 000
$300 000 000 divided by shares on offer 173 777 847 = $1.72 per share
So if my math's is correct and an offer for one of our treatment /products approved, the gross value to each shareholder would be worth $1.72 per shareholder each year of the agreement before costs are even accounted for.
If we divided the 3 Billion by 10 years and then divided by population the insurance cost for each US citizen would be $0.86c per person each year for unlimited access.
I feel that Recce can do a lot better than $1.72 by not entering into such agreement considering the savings and alternative treatment costs for what we are offering.
If my math's is incorrect, please feel free to provide an alternative.
My sentiment to this is ABSOLUTELY NOT.
