They have mothballed their entire brand new $11 million production facility according to the last Bell Potter report and are sitting on over a year’s worth of unsold inventory. So wasted $11 million there as well, plus whatever the mothballs cost (security, utilities, taxes...)
They have been lowering prices to stay competitive. They have reduced the head count drastically.
All too little too late.
