Thanks for the reply and I fully agree with what you have said.
However, this company is salvageable:
Keep the sales revenue/ market access and brand
Remove the costly manufacturing and global growth fixed costs.
If they literally removed all fixed costs and went to a fully variable cost model, they can possibly avert the otherwise inevitable financial decimation.
