The only way to clear M proteins (or pararoteins) is to kill the MM cell producing it. So that's evidence that SM-6 actually targets and kills the offending cells. So does Onyx's offering. But, my bet, is that Onyx is so interested because of Sm-6's resensitizing properties in conjunction with killing MM cells. For them, it's a triple whammy.

1. Kyprolis gets given and kills all the cells it can
2. SM-6 is given and kills a whole load of cells Kyprolis missed and re-sensitizes the remainder.
3. Kyprolis+SM-6 is given in the third treatment and the dynamic duo tells the MM cells that their ass is grass and here comes the fecking lawnmower.

Game over.
