Thank you for the Scientific rundown, even though this is a new Patent granted in the USA, the whole Patent is not new as such to Australia and Europe, it has already been granted in Australia and Europe.

But I feel this is very exciting news as I feel it is another step closer to the 'Unconditional Approval' now we need the TETS Technology Patent to be granted and I think we will be home and hosed.

The Applications sitting on the TGA in Australia are further advancements of the Ventrassist.
