sorry to interrupt - I was visiting your thread following up on a visit to your factory by J Frydenberg today and happened along your thread and was interested in your comments.

anyway.
the patent box was first mooted by Turnbull in 2015 https://www.industry.gov.au/data-and-publications/patent-box-policies

but the new announcement only covers medical and biotech at this stage.... I must pick up some more MSB...
