This company certainly looks very prospective. Lots of of pre-contract evaluation agreements signed recently, which is really bullish.
However, from my brief research I am still not clear as to the company's patent protection and how the IP conflicts with or is similar to other competitors, namely Nearmap and others. Although the involvement of Stuart Nixon suggests there are no concerns regarding SFI's patent protection. Still would like the company to formally state something along these lines though.
Does anyone have a handle on this issue or has the company addressed this in communications to the market/shareholders.
