Yes it is patented. LNU is going for mass adoption, which means working with the large American giants. They are already in bed with a few. IBM the important one at the moment, using their sales team to sell the VVE. Not sure how they're going about development at this stage. The VVE is ready to go, I can't imagine it would take long to build a blockchain application using video index data files. Then perhaps launch an ICO.
