    As first noted by zecs, the European Patent Register has published the following notice regarding EP3439644, ISOFLAVONOID COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED PHARMACOKINETICS:

    11 June 2021   "You are informed that the examining division intends to grant a European patent ..."

    The approved claims include this bit: "... the compound is at least partially dissolved in a lipophilic suppository base".
