    Well, they are not allowed to announce it as a market sensitive until it is actually granted (with EPO: "Decision to grant"), which will take a few weeks.

    But NOX generally err on the side of overcommunicating (eh, vrs?!) so I thought they might milk a non-sensitive announcement out of it.
