It has 100% been officialy granted.
The patent wont be legally protected until it appears in the European Patent Bulletin on the 12th October.
The granting took place Friday in Munich, Germany so more than likely it took place after close of ASX trading on Friday.
More than likely ADO would put the announcement together this morning and send it through unless they are waiting on something else to accompany the patent granting
