This is huge news,
Since the company locked down the USA patent it was game on, hence the snap $1.1m over night raising. Yet it did run for many weeks until Ashley presented in conjunction with that Indian Government owned coal company.
The news that Jott has walked away is fantastic from the point that shareholders will not have to pay expensive court cost. This battle could have stretched out for many months.... Investors now have clarity
More importantly the patent issue risk has subsided allowing someone other than shareholders to back the technology. The same can be said for MATMOR because without Coldry MATMOR is hopeless.
A big win for ECT today and an even bigger win for its shareholders
