Thanks Rupes, read it again and stand by my origianl post: The patent hasn't been granted. It may well be "expected", "anticipated" and all the other maybe's but No I'm not a downramper, I just think it's only fair to point out errors in statements like "Patent granted". It hasn't been!! No matter what spin you put on the announcement.

I think you'll find that until it is truly sigened, sealed and delivered ("expected" in 6-8 weeks) there may not be a significant improvement in the sp. Just look at the price movement and trading today, in my opinion the news hasn't prompted any significant "investment" in the company. I amy be cynical, but that helps keep the emotions settled and not jump in when news is announced and incorrectly "reported".
