Hi Needle. Idronixil was owned by MEIP but even that IP has now lapsed. So, in essence, no one owns NOX66 as of yet as no claims have been granted. However, NOX has provisional claims in AUS backdating any successful examinations and as I posted now initial opinions on their claims of novelty and inventiveness in the international arena. All this is listed in the NOX initial prospectus and now we have the first look at how they are going. I personally think it does not read well for them. But they may pull a rabbit out of the hat.....but why linking information from the IPEA should cause such a fuss is beyond me
