I think most people will agree that Property has been a winner over the last decade but looking forward is a totally different story, especially when NEU has potential to increase significantly in the short-term!
We only have to wait a few months for confirmation of who the Partner is and the share price could easily go higher than the $4 they paid for their 1.33m shares (potentially much higher depending on the terms of the deal).
I'm a huge fan of property, I know where I'm investing my money at the moment...
