hardoak, could you point me in the right direction re the patent protection so I can do a little research? eg to company statements, or elaborate on this from the presentation etc?
I am looking for concrete information about the process, dates, and likelihood of success/whether it is a rubber stamping exercise or requires administrative judgment, which jurisdictions we are talking about etc.
