I,m not really holding out much hope of an announcement about the patent being released, as I spoke to VCR last week and the only thing that is going to be released tommorrow is the financial results........I think they will wait for more substantial news, like accelerated rates of implants and more centres up and running.........they are not going to give too much away, especially now the NIH and WHO are involved.........I am expecting something big to be attained by VCR now, but who knows when we will get to hear about it...........and with all this technology being in advance of Thoratec,s Heartmate and VCR,s outcomes 20% superior, I wouldn,t be surprised if Thoratec were to make a bid for VCR at some stage...........only my opinion here.
