I'm not holding EMS atm, so before I start dropping queries on the company, can someone clear-up the issue of patents for me?

I spent some hours reading back through announcements on the weekend, and can't nail (yet) what IP rights EMS actually holds.

Does EMS hold IP rights over the artesunate solution/medication delivered using ArTiMist??

Or, does the company only hold IP rights over the delivery system for the artesunate solution/medication?

Appreciate any clues.

Otherwise the 2011 restructure and trial results make for great reading, though trying to guesstimate the value of a trade sale is proving difficult when I can't clearly see what EMS holds on their IP register for any proposed sale.
