Something is very wrong here. PR revved up the the importance of this patent in an ASX Announcement when it was filed, but now that they have received final rejection, there is dead silence. This rejection clearly meets the ASX criteria for materiality and full disclosure. If the Board no longer thinks this patent is important, it at least needs to tell us why.
