    Does anyone have an opinion on the following?

    I am a holder of IMI, and have been for a while now. With the state of the company it is in at the moment, I’ve slowly undertaken bits and pieces of research to keep on top of things.

    The latest was a broker advising me that if IMI only own the lease to their technology, then there is the major risk of the term running out before FDA approval comes through.

    However, if they own the patent to the technology, then can possibly sell it and make a bucket load of cash.

    I haven’t kept up-to-date with the patent details, so can anyone comment on the above?
