Patent timing, page-12

Not that dramatic, if I invested 1.78 in so4, I have lost 1.78.
The same amount in rwd in 2008 , loss of 1.70 .
If you count opportunity costs ? No ,perhaps best not to.

My buyin 13c , but only a piddly amount as a ticket to a capital raise . Provided I pick up some excess , may work out OK for me.
With patents , important that you piss and get of to f the pot quickly.
20 years from Filing. So clock ticking.
Patent is always worth only how much you are willing to spend to protect it.
Definitely worthless if you never license or use it.
I think it is a good punt at 8c , but hopefully enough disagree with me to allow me to pick up what I want.
