Graham Kelly is the co-inventor of a Novogen/Kazia Patent that was granted in August, despite the fact that the Examiner had earlier issued a Final Rejection. This has occurred before, most notably when the Phenoxodiol patent was granted, and shows that Non-Final Rejections and Final Rejections are par for the course with patent applications and do not mean that an application will fail.

Graham Kelly is the inventor of Noxopharm's patent applications. Patent Examiner Harvett has issued his own Final Rejection, but this merely demonstrates his naivety when it comes to Patent matters.
