One - I did not say they had waited to long......I said they were slack in waiting so long.
Two they have only addressed the the low hanging fruit of Exner. They have deferred the main hindrance of Husband till a latter date. Another delay. In the mean time another non-final rejection came through on the 24th for another application, which you failed to mention. Point in all this is simply. Kelly's discover took place in 2012, first application in 2015 and still no US patent. This latest action has a one month extension which cost $200 lol ........... I note with interest the shuffling of the deck chairs does not look good IMO.
All this "BLOCKBUSTER" work that needs doing and they have 7M in bank with salaries already cut in half. In a word good luck. Wake me when you finally have a phase II trial on the board.
