TraderV, sorry, your post doesn't make sense.
If there is only one way to remove fluoride then there can't be a "most efficient cost effective" way. If there is only one way, then that is it!
If there is a "most efficient cost effective and common way to remove the fluoride from the REE ore" then Lynas cannot patent it, because it already is known. You can't patent processes that are already in use commercially, or generally known. Which this process must be, if it is the common way.
