This is the link I have re PNV patents, no patent lawyer but am guessing that 25 years ( go with longer one for best case). Appears to me that current marketable BTM patents protection started in 2013. So we are 10 years already into the patent protection, best case scenario is PNV will have 15 years left to cement its position like COH and CSL.
Looking for genuine discussion (any lawyers or ppl familiar with patents). Don’t shoot the messenger, I would have like to have gotten to 4-6 SP today and had I have the benefit of hindsight yes I would have unloaded and go short. My goals are to make money not to be in love with a share and live in hope.
