I think this list speaks volumes for why the strategy to move into emerging markets as well as developed markets at speed makes sense . We have an excellent and superior product but there are products that can substitute in many procedures and become entrenched with surgeons if allowed.
We need to expand existing geographical reach at speed while we innovate our platform technology for new patient solutions— NOT hold management back trying to pay a piddling dividend and restrict growth.
