One of Polynovo's directors is Christine Emmanuel. In February this year, Christine took up 140,000 shares ($266,00) in the placement. This was behind Williams (1,173,159 shares at $2,229,002) and Bruce Rathie (200,000 shares at $380,000) but ahead of Andrew Lumsden (50,000 shares at $90,000) and other directors.
