My understanding is that, setting aside the merits of the product relative to others, we are at the lower end of pricing, yet our margins are high.
If we focus on becoming market leader and SOC for the next 16 years and develop a reputation for reliability, quality, and don't get too greedy on price, why would the notoriously cautious medical fraternity switch to a copycat product?
Of course the company could stuff something up, but that is true of most businesses. Sounds like our victory to lose.
