Smartpunter..Your statements were and are misleading.

You stated that the JUNK DNA patents had expired - and that comment is too general and unspecific.

I am simply clarifying for those people who don't know as much as you seem to.

Further, the fact that ONLY the 'analysis' patent has expired does not create the dire circumstances you have portrayed - and this is confirmed by my previous post, and more importantly by the current momentum, the current SP,
the new licenses being announced AND the new law suits being filed (#2 announced today).

These licenses and new legal suits all relate to the JUNK DNA patents, so its expiry doesn't seem to be having the effect you keep indicating, and no doubt more good news is on the way.
