The announcement of chips being delivered to Bar Ilan doesn't say it wasn't integrated just that it wasn't completed this makes me think that the chips are working in the high and ultra sonic but not the low frequencies I don't think the chips would be much use to them without a driver. If this is right and it is going to take time to fix them then they should look at markets that they are ready for.
