Hopeful2 of Ozestock has summarized the position with the patents. There are a cluster of 3:
09/737121, 09/736792, 09/736793.
One of these could be due next week while the other 2 could be in by Sept.9; that is only some 2 weeks away.
It is hoped that by then the US royalty position can be announced.
There is still another Patent due: 09/736630. That may not take too long either.
