Peptech climbed 18c to $2.48 ($2.34-$2.56) after the company said it was aware that the US Patent and Trademark Office website is showing that two of its three divisional anti-TNF patents are to be issued in September. “Our patent attorneys have previously advised that we should await official confirmation from the USPTO before making an official release to the ASX. Such confirmation is awaited,” it said.
